[Online Webinar] Music Therapy in Pulmonary Function, Sleep and Health

Sleep is an integral part of our life, taking up more than half our our entire lifetime. Everyone should be entitled to a good sleep, and when one’s sleep quality falls, it has a direct and negative impact on one’s everyday functioning. Rather than turning to pharmaceuticals or alcohol for help, why not try music? Music has been said to help improve sleep quality in a non-pharmacological manner, but how and where should one begin with using music?

IMTC is delighted to invite Dr. Joanne Loewy, a highly experienced MT-BC with 30 years of experience to tell us more about the relationship between music and sleep through the online platform zoom. Be prepared to be lullabied as you go along!

Participants will receive a participating certificate after the event.
